Hammered Copper Sink

What quality of water do most restaurants serve?

with 3 comments

Looking to open a bar, and other than bottled water (that will be paid for), the standard water-in-a-cup with ice that most restaurants / bars serve….how is it?

Just regular tap water from the sink with some ice in it or do most filter it additionally??

  1. Every restaurant/bar I’ve been to in U.S. has a filtration system. Get with your vendors on the options.

  2. Top end establishments have filtration systems, as do a lot of fast food places. Most mom and pop places depend on city water straight from the tap.

  3. At a bar, it comes out of a gun, filtered.
I assume you know what a gun is? The thing that you squirt coke, 7-up, seltzer, tonic, etc out of. (I didn’t want you to think I meant a water pistol ha ha ha)
